How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order from the confirmation email sent after placing your order.
How can I make changes to my order?
Unfourtunately, we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been sumbitted. We tend to proccess our orders between 1-2 days.
How do I redeem my giftcard?
After recieving your online e-giftcard, you will recieve an email confirmation in your inbox. This will have the gift-card number, and payment information.
what payment methods do you accept?
We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, ShopPay, Venmo, and VISA.
What is your return policy?
At this time, we do not accept any returns. We print all of our items made to order. We do limited edition quantities, and collections.
How long will my order take to procedss?
Your order will be sumbitted, and processed within 1-2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping within the US or North America will take 3-7 business days to arrive. International orders outside North America may take anywhere from 10-15 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We have you covered for paradise wherever you may be.
What are the fabrics made from?
Our collection of swimwear is made with breathable, recycled, ethically made fabrics. They are a mixture of virgin materials, and recycled polyester. The recycled polyester is composed of plastic bottles, and other post consumer recyclables. The lycra and spandex provide a smooth, comfortable fit. The fabrics allow for a worry-free time, with stretchable materials allowing for comfort and performance.
Product maintenance and care?
Our swimwear can be machine-washed cold with like colors, without bleach. Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry the apparel. You can iron it with a low heat setting.
